Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Assistant - GBS Engineering in Coimbatore.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Making sure the set KPIs and SLAs are adhered daily for all the below LTP (L&T) Processes
  • Hold up the employee life cycle activities with managers and employees, including Attendance correction, Leave Management, Shift Management, Over time management for the employees.
  • Check and freeze the Weekly / Monthly attendance in Time & Attendance HR system.
  • Generating the monthly attendance based on the input and should share to the respective Payroll SPOC
  • Need to handle employee queries and calls related to Time & Attendance
  • Prepare monthly metrics, required policies, documents & database.
  • Updating the yearly holiday & Shift Schedule for the employees
  • Making sure all the LTP related SNC (Got-it) cases are addressed with utmost care and responsibility and ensure to deliver resolution on a timely manner as per the set SLAs.
  • Making sure SOPs and SLAs maintained are compliant as per QMS standards.
  • Must handle the employee engagement and stakeholder management.
     

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources or related field with 1 – 2 years of experience in HR related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to protect and maintain data privacy.
  • Experience in Indian Payroll process
  • Exposure on analyzing and creating HR policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge in Employee Relations
  • Knowledge in Employee Life Cycle Management
  • Knowledge in minimal functional process
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Knowledge on basic functional process.
  • Good Communication is must.
  • Open for any shifts
