Entry-level HR role focused on bulk hiring, field recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, pipeline management, attendance tracking, project-based payroll support, recruitment reporting, and client and vendor coordination. The role requires travel for hiring activities and offers freshers hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are eager to build a career in Recruitment and HR Operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to bulk hiring, candidate pipeline management, recruitment coordination, client management, and field recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bulk hiring drives to meet large-scale manpower requirements.
- Conduct field recruitment activities, including job fairs, walk-in drives, and other hiring campaigns.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through field sourcing, job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
- Maintain candidate attendance records and assist with project-based payroll processing.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local vendors to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle and support project execution.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements

- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Need to travel based on business and project requirements.
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
