Employee and Manager Inquiries:Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries for HR support.Fulfill needs using established processes or direct employees to appropriate contacts for help.Address HR-related questions, including payroll, benefits, training, and leave management. Transactions Processing and Records Management Support: Be the primary responsible team member for processing employee transactions and ensuring accurate data integrity management. Ensure compliance with internal processes, local, state, and federal laws, and GDPR guidelines.Manage various employee transactions, including new hire onboarding, background checks, I-9 verification, and work visa sponsorship. Process Improvement:Collaborate with others to build, modify, and continuously improve HR support processes. Adhere to existing policies and processes while seeking opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.
Skills/Abilities:
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in prior human resources support or operational roles.Experience using HRIS software like UKG, Lever ATS, or equivalent platforms.
