Main Purpose of Job
As Accounts Payable Executive, you will play a major Part in the day-to-day accounts payable process, including Invoices posting & vendor payments.
- Must have good knowledge in handling vendor payments.
- Be in contact with Location Finance /Operation Team in case of any issues or escalations.
- Must Handle both Internal business queries and vendor queries via email or calls.
- Deliver services timely and in line with agreed TAT with good quality for activity related to posting / vendor reconciliation.
- Handling critical payments within the agreed timeline.
- Handling Generic email box and to ensure there is no misses in the email handling.
- Performing AP transaction posting within the timeline (Invoice, Payment & Rebates).
- Allocation of advance payments and frequent follow up to the respective team.
- Good Strong knowledge in MS Excel / PPT.
- Performing Quality Audit for posted documents.
- Maintaining Production tracker on daily basis with correct information.
- Maintain a good rapport with the other stake holders.
The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.
