Infrastructure Technology Analyst - C11 - Pune

The Infrastructure Intermediate Technology Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role (education/professional) with demonstrated knowledge of operational process change and improvement

• Managing stakeholders and external interfaces
• Setting up tools and required infrastructure
• Defining and setting development, testing, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
• Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
• Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
• Incidence management and root cause analysis
• Coordination and communication within the team and with customers
• Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD pipeline)
• Mentoring and guiding the team members 
• Good knowledge of Unix shell scripting and commands.
• Basic understating of build tools (Jenkins, Tekton, TeamCity) , deployment tools(Harness, Udeploy) , container orchestration tools (OpenShift, Kubernetes) , monitoring tools (ELK, Splunk, Grafana, ITRS), password management tools(CyberArk), databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB) , Middleware tools (Tomcat, Jetty, Apache server, Nginx)
• Basic understating of Network and Application load balancers.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
