We’re looking for an International Customer Support Specialist who is energized by delivering outstanding omnichannel customer service and technical support with speed, accuracy, and delight. In this role, you will act as a trusted expert of Vendasta’s platform, fostering a customer-first environment, adopting advanced AI support tools, and ensuring that every single customer interaction adds value and strengthens trust.


Your Impact

As an International Customer Support Specialist, you'll work with customer support teams, product managers, and customers to:

  • Deliver Omnichannel Support: Serve as the primary touchpoint for customer inquiries, providing timely, empathetic, and accurate resolution across phone, email, chat, and video calls.
  • Drive Efficiency via AI Fluency: Consistently integrate approved AI tools (e.g., suggestion bots, summarizers, and response tools) into your daily workflows to reduce resolution times, maximize accuracy, and maintain a one-touch solve rate of 68% or higher.
  • Own Knowledge & Process Updates: Maintain, update, and verify internal and customer-facing documentation—including validating AI-generated draft updates—to ensure resource accuracy reflects the latest platform changes.
  • Advocate for the Customer: Gather real-time customer feedback, input trends into internal AI systems, conduct product walkthroughs, and participate in sprint reviews to proactively champion the customer experience and support platform evolution.
  • Deliver Strategic Metrics: Track and improve Key Performance Indicators—such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), first response time, AI tool usage compliance, and the accuracy of AI tagging—to meet organizational performance benchmarks.

What You Bring to the Table

  • You bring 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or fast-paced technology environment.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical platform issues into warm, clear, and actionable solutions for customers.
  • You have a basic understanding of AI-driven workflows and feel confident navigating AI-powered assistance tools (prior exposure to automation tools or AI chat interfaces is a strong asset).
  • You are highly proficient with customer support platforms (such as Zendesk or Intercom) and have an analytical aptitude for triaging tickets based on severity and time sensitivity.
  • You have a proven track record of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic, high-volume environment while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You have a strong technical aptitude for identifying software bugs, gathering context, conducting troubleshooting screen-shares, and escalating issues appropriately.
