As a Java Spark Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing high-performance applications leveraging Java and Apache Spark technologies. Your expertise will contribute to transforming data into actionable insights and enhancing the efficiency of our clients' operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize Java applications using Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand the data requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data integration processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Deliver technical documentation and assist in knowledge transfer to team members.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of Java frameworks and libraries.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and knowledge of big data technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
