Role & responsibilities
- Possesses 4 to 8 years of in-depth JDE EnterpriseOne experience in the Distribution module comprising Inventory, Sales, Procurement & Warehouse sub modules.
- Experience in JDE projects comprising support, implementation and enhancements with understanding of global templates in JDE projects comprising users from around the globe.
- Experience in working with ticketing software and following stringent SLA norms and support preferred
- Has support experience that includes providing on call support, solving day to day issues.
- Has experience in communicating with people at various levels and departments of business including Process Owners/Super/End-user community
- Prepares Functional Design Documents (FDD) analyzing client's business requirements, making developer understand the functional specifications and deliver custom objects in line with client needs
- Experience in JDE integrations, interfacing with third party software is a major plus
- Possessing experience with Task Views, Menu Creation, and Security in JDE will be beneficial.
- Experience of working with cross cultural JDE teams in global implementation / support projects.
