Job Description:

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth in the surgical medical device industry? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow business across Institutes, Corporate Hospitals, and Trade Accounts.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Drive product adoption, market penetration, and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute account development plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Surgical Medical Device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Intraocular Lenses (IOLs) is essential.
  • Exposure to and understanding of Phacoemulsification systems and applications will be highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering business results.
