Troubleshoot incidents, manage production issues, perform automation and scripting using Python or C#, understand application workflows and architecture, and work independently. Use monitoring tools such as Grafana and Splunk to investigate application behavior and integrations. Strong communication skills are required.

- Strong experience in Python OR C# is mandatory (either one
is acceptable).
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in automation/scripting;
this is not a core development role.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production support
experience is required.
- Good understanding of application workflows with the ability to
work independently with minimal handholding.
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, etc. is
preferred; candidates should understand how applications integrate with
these tools.
- Environment consists primarily of Java-based legacy applications,
so understanding application architecture is important.
