Job Description:

Spocto Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled L2 Network Engineer  to join our dynamic team. 

As an L2 Network Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring,maintenance, and support of our network infrastructure including the call centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.

Configure and manage Meraki and Cisco switches. Troubleshoot network issues in collaboration with Local IT teams to address performance degradation and ensure service uptime.

Implement network upgrades, changes, and enhancements.

Work closely with L1 support and other technical teams to resolve complex network issues.

Ensure network security, compliance, and adherence to industry best practices.

Address and resolve SIP/VOIP related issues.

Address and resolve call centre Network related issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in network monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in configuring Meraki and Cisco network equipment and firewall.

Solid understanding of network security principles and compliance.

Familiarity with SIP/VOIP technologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
