The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience in enterprise data platforms, ETL development, data warehousing, regulatory reporting, and risk data management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise End to End Pipeline building, ETL/ELT, Python, SQL/PLSQL, Business Object, ODI, TWS, Oracle, and financial reporting frameworks, with hands-on experience supporting Risk and Regulatory Reporting solutions within Banking and Financial Services environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering and data integration solutions for enterprise data platforms.
• Build and support ETL/ELT workflows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Data IKU, and related technologies.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting.
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, reconciliation, and compliance across data ecosystems.
• Design and tune Oracle database solutions, including SQL/PLSQL procedures, packages, and performance optimization.
• Support and enhance enterprise data warehouse solutions, including RFO Master and Satellite data models.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data platform incidents.
• Develop automation solutions using Python and Shell scripting to improve operational efficiency and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Business, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support risk and regulatory reporting platforms by ensuring accurate, complete, and audit-ready reporting data.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• 8+ Administer, configure, maintain, and upgrade DataIKU DSS environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production.
• Manage DataIKU platform health, capacity planning, and system performance monitoring.
• Perform DataIKU installation, patching, version upgrades, and platform migrations.
• Configure and maintain DSS nodes, automation nodes, API nodes, and design nodes.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity plans.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Experience supporting Risk & Regulatory Reporting platforms in Banking and Financial Services.
• Good understanding of RFO Master and Satellite data models.
• Experienced Data Engineer with expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT Development, Data Integration, Data Modeling, and Data Quality & Reconciliation. Strong technical proficiency in Dataiku, SQL/PLSQL, ODI, Python, Oracle, Unix/Linux, and TWS, with extensive experience in Banking & Regulatory domains including Risk Data Management, Regulatory Reporting, Data Governance, and Financial Reporting. Familiar with AWS/Azure Cloud, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Jira, ServiceNow, Git, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Ability to work with global stakeholders across Business, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience leading offshore/onshore delivery teams is highly desirable.
