What you’ll bring:

• An IT related Certificate/Diploma Degree with 12 to 15 of testing experience and 7 years business knowledge applicable to the area(s) that the test department is responsible for
• Advanced and well-developed skills are required for handling the complex tasks. This includes having strong proficiency with a specific professional discipline and application of theoretical principles into an organization and demonstrating quality decision making for addressing tasks. This involves work experience involving advanced concepts and procedures; having skills in research, quantitative analysis, and qualitative analysis; and having quality verbal and written communication skills. They should have effective organization and time management, and proven ability to meet deadlines reliably.
• Management and/or Leadership qualities with experience in Leading multiple Scrum team and non-scrum teams.
• In depth knowledge of DBMS, Linux Server Management, Devops.
• Knowledge of API testing through tools like Postman & RestAssured etc.
• Experience with Test Tools like JIRA, Zephyr scale, Selenium on BDD Approach or any other similar such tools
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to identify problems, gaps and contradictions.
• Strong Customer focus element with excellent interpersonal and communication skills – active listening, verbal and written communication

Requirements:

• You will ensure that the technology and process solutions delivered and supported, meet the business requirements without compromising the company’s quality and risk standards.
• Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled, support associates who exercise intermediate latitude and independence in their assignments. Also provides input and may manage costs related to assigned work group. A P04 employee under the 'Senior Lead"" job title will have supervisory duties that typically include having direct reports.
• A professional involved in supervisory or managerial duties organizes their team towards goals, ensures process fulfillment, and exhibits an ability to develop, motivate, and organize their team. There needs to be an ability to plan and communicate effectively for the achievement of key projects
• You will review supporting documentation for accuracy
• Identify and extract test requirements. - All documentation must be comprehensive and must tie in with the requirements from the business specification.
• Review of your team’s test cases for functional testing, integration testing and data testing which
• Compile test plans for all or some of the testing that will be undertaken that can be incorporated into the bigger-scope test plan.
• Define and implement test and defect management processes.
• Provide risk analysis and identify the level of test cases or individual functions as a minimum. 
• Conduct quality review of test cases and test documentation
• Determine overall quality standards
• Negotiate timelines when necessary

Impact You'll Make:

Basic Accountability:

Accountable for all of the Quality Assurance deliverables including thoughtful development of test strategies, test scenarios and test cases for all phases of testing. Builds and/ or recommends appropriate test automation where needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Embraces change and successfully leads non associates for each project
• Successfully leads test strategies and test efforts across many projects. Able to independently work through project obstacles and remove impediments; assists coworkers with removing impediments as needed
• Strong collaboration with development; proactively builds solid relationships across the rest of IT and business teams; ability to influence large decisions
• Successfully ensures sufficient test coverage and high quality for all projects; typically complex to very complex

Supplemental Sub Function Responsibilities:

• Very deep and broad understanding of many applications (including the architecture) ; able to communicate and train when needed
• Deep understanding how business / end users utilize the system and able to represent their views in project meetings
• Able to perform test execution on all types of tests; analyzes defects and failed test cases and able to determine root cause and manage the defects to closure
• Actively recommends and implements process improvements for supported projects and provides value to others across the testing organization
• Provides as a ‘risk owner’; communicates and provides documentation throughout the project lifecycle that advises the project teams of potential risk areas
• Strong understanding of industry testing tools , leading practices that are available; make recommendations to management e.g. Industry Certification
• Strong leader; champion of quality; delivering messages to improve across development, business and management
• Key project participant in all phases of the project; actively provides input to SDLC

Qualifications:

• Excellent technical expertise; solid understanding of coding practices ( .Net, Java , Abinitio and/ or database management a plus)
• Successfully lead quality assurance of large complex projects and/or programs
• Very strong technical analysis and test strategy development
• Waterfall methodologies; successful experience in at least one
• Experience with developing and executing test automation

• Strong use of MS office and Test management systems
