Purpose of the role

To deliver seamless end-to-end customer experience by managing bookings, coordination, and customer interactions within the Maersk environment, ensuring accurate execution of services, effective issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction throughout the shipment lifecycle.

  • You will be Responsible for:

  • Manage customer interactions across channels including handling queries, cases, and service requests

  • Create and manage bookings, ensure accurate rate checks, billing, and documentation

  • Coordinate transportation arrangements and support end-to-end shipment execution

  • Drive customer onboarding, relationship management, and service excellence

  • Handle contract-related activities and resolve disputes in a timely manner

  • Ensure clear and professional communication with customers and stakeholders

  • Support administrative and operational tasks to enable smooth day-to-day processes

  • Follow standardized processes while exercising judgment to resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases when required

Qualifications

Graduate of any bachelor's degree.

Fluent in English with good communication skills.
