Responsibilities
  1. Verify and prepare sanction letters, loan documents, and security documents, including mortgage creation.
  2. Customize documentation in liaison with the Legal department, wherever required.
  3. Check executed documents and prepare instructions for limit upload as per bank processes.
  4. Ensure compliance with all pre‑disbursement conditions outlined in sanction terms.
  5. Follow up with business teams on non‑recurring post‑disbursement compliances.
  6. Resolve stakeholder queries promptly and ensure error‑free processing within stipulated TATs.
  7. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, providing timely resolutions.
  8. Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, internal risk policies, and departmental processes.
  9. Suggest improvements in documentation, Credit Administration Team (CAT) processes, and customer onboarding.
  10. Ensure no adverse audit observations through strong compliance and governance practices.
Qualifications

Experience: 5 - 10 years in credit administration or related banking operations.

Education: Graduation/ Post‑Graduation (any specialization preferred).
