- Oversee the company's finances, providing leadership and coordination in financial reporting, treasury management, accounting and compliance
- Liaise with business partners across verticals to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive business performance
- Ensure timely book closures and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including consolidation
- Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivables, GL entry, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely preparation and smooth closure of statutory and internal audits
- Ensure statutory and tax compliances
- Provide recommendations for improving internal financial controls, efficiencies, and utilization of financial resources
- Support business heads in budgeting and forecasting
Essential Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified
- 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Strong business finance orientation with ability to partner with business leaders
- Excellent financial analysis and commercial acumen
- Sound knowledge of treasury operations, banking operations, and working capital management
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Strong business curiosity
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable interfacing with business partners at all levels
- Ability to translate financial data into business insights and actionable recommendations
- Leadership skills to manage and develop a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced, transformation-heavy environment
- Problem-solver with initiative, ownership mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit
