8+ years of experience in presales and solutions MBA in Finance or Marketing Experience in BPO presales (bid management, due diligence) in banking/ FS with a global client base Candidates with sales, business development, consulting, program management, BFSI operations experience can apply Ability to work with extended teams (direct and cross-functional) Willingness to travel domestically and globally on short notice Excellent communication skills Responding to RFx / Bid requests Creating proactive proposals with the sales team Developing creative narratives based on client needs Using advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality proposals Presenting proposed solutions to clients Hosting client visits at Hexaware centres Supporting due diligence at client locations Working closely with Hexaware onsite sales and account teams Working on commercial modelling Gaining a thorough knowledge of Hexaware’s BPO capabilities and offerings Contributing to go-to-market (GTM) decks and offerings
