Experience
· 2-4 Years
· Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
· Experience with SD-WAN technologies and tools.
· Familiarity with circuit monitoring tools and techniques.
· Strong communication skills for effective ISP coordination.
· Ability to generate and analyze technical reports.

· Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all internal and external customers.
· Excellent documentation skills
· Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.

· Ability to use a desktop computer system.
· Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources.

· Chennai (Work from office – NO REMOTE work option)
