Job Description

We are seeking a Network Engineer with expertise in designing and maintaining VoIP and enterprise networks to support communication-intensive systems. You will ensure high call quality, availability, and secure connectivity across SIP and RTP-based networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure/manage VoIP infrastructure (SIP trunks, RTP flows).
  • Optimize QoS for call quality and reliability.
  • Implement routing, firewall, and load balancing rules.
  • Monitor network latency, jitter, and MOS scores.
  • Troubleshoot SIP/RTP signaling issues.
  • Collaborate with telephony and DevOps teams for end-to-end reliability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Networking, IT, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ VoIP engineering experience.
  • Strong SIP, RTP, and firewall expertise.
  • Familiarity with SBCs and QoS optimization.
  • CCNA/CCNP Collaboration or equivalent is desirable.

Career Growth:

Opportunity to advance into Senior Network Architect or Unified Communications Specialist roles with ownership of large-scale enterprise communication infrastructure.
