We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Operations team. The selected candidates will support day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, maintain operational records, and ensure smooth execution of business processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn operations management and develop a career in the logistics and operations domain.

• Support daily operational activities and process coordination.

• Monitor and update operational data, records, and reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.

• Follow up on service requests, escalations, and operational issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• Assist in process improvement initiatives and team projects.

• Handle administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the manager.

• Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, BCA, or equivalent).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
