As a P&C Business Partner, you will work across the organisation to support leaders in delivering key people initiatives and outcomes. In this hands-on partnering role, you will support annual people processes, contribute to enterprise-wide projects with people impacts, and provide expert guidance on case management. You’ll play a critical role in enabling leaders to build high‑performing, engaged teams while ensuring a consistent, people‑first approach across the business.
What you will be doing:
Lead end‑to‑end case management across performance, conduct, and complex employee matters, ensuring alignment with AGL policies, ER/IR frameworks, and company values.
Drive key people cycles and initiatives, including talent and succession planning, performance and remuneration reviews, and employee engagement action planning.
Develop deep business insight to identify interdependencies, optimize operating efficiency, and effectively support organisational change.
Partner with leaders to deliver strategic initiatives, restructures, and enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Collaborate with P&C Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to design and implement impactful, aligned people strategies.
What we would like to see you bring:
Demonstrated experience in P&C Business Partnering within large, complex organisations, with a strong track record managing IR/ER matters and influencing senior stakeholders.
Proven capability in leading complex projects and supporting strategic initiatives
Highly adaptable problem solver with strong social awareness and exceptional communication skills, able to navigate complexity with clarity and impact.
Commercially astute and outcome‑driven, with the ability to challenge the status quo and deliver pragmatic, business‑aligned solutions.
Trusted advisor and coach with a collaborative approach, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for developing leadership capability and across the P&C community.
What’s in It for You?
You’ll join a high-performing and collaborative P&C partnering team, working alongside Centres of Excellence with a strong focus on capability development and continuous improvement.
This role offers the chance to deepen your expertise across organisational design, and complex ER/IR matters, while expanding your influence across the business. You’ll be supported with access to ongoing development and genuine career growth opportunities.
