Power Platform and Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform and Business Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure cloud services, and Power BI. Additionally, experience with CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce, is essential. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business insights and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
• Integrate and manage data sources, including connecting tables and creating data models.
• Set up and manage Azure cloud services to support application development and deployment.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data analysis and business intelligence activities to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power Platform and Power BI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and their application in business solutions.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
• Experience with business intelligence and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or Power BI.
• Experience with other BI tools and technologies.

Familiarity with SQL and database management
