What you’ll do:

• Manage multiple highly complex projects or a large complex Care applications programs by driving projects through the lifecycle phases to successful completion as defined in project's charter; serving as the program lead for multiple projects; developing and maintaining a project schedule to track milestones; developing and executing plans for managing risk; escalating project-related issues to management in accordance with project guidelines and requirements; managing project change control processes; coordinating production issue resolution; interpreting data to help guide teams towards issue resolution and risk management; making recommendations regarding solutions to problems or issues; and presenting project status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
• Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 11+ years of technical project or program management experience OR Master’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology with 9+ years of technical project or program management experience. 
• Have experience with Agile methods including Scrum and Kanban. 
• Have enterprise software engineering program management experience for full SDLC.
• Have experience using product backlog management tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project for planning, execution, and release transparency. Should be able to build a project plan – milestones with work breakdown. 
• Ability to articulate technical concepts in business terms through MS Office tools including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. 
• You champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product area in support of corporate goals and objectives
• You drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects spread across various domains and geographies.
• You drive project implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous projects. 
• You are a proactive problem solver who operates effectively and independently, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity. 
• You are a team player, with the courage to drive change through disruption while maintaining a respect for the team. 
• You possess strong collaboration skills and approach problems with positive intent while driving towards resolution. 
• You have great attention to detail and exceptional follow through. 
• You have strong business acumen and demonstrate proficiency in general business disciplines. 
• You can perform successfully in a high performing environment with tight deadlines and manage expectations.

• Have excellent verbal and written communications skills to document and communicate project commitments, progress status, issues, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
