- In this position we will work in the Product Management organization, we will be supporting the product owners in the work define the feature structure, product structure and setup that translate to the full business cycle of HVDC projects. We will be central and work in a very cross-functional environment with explaining and translating the in-house domain knowledge of the colleagues into the portfolios of PLM structures that will enable a good engineer to order business building on the proper product governance with full life cycle view. We will be part of a highly skilled and diversified team, working globally and in close cooperation with many functions of the business, including Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Service and R&D.

- Feature Definition & Implementation
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and implement feature sets and product structures within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system (Teamcenter).
- Ensure alignment of PLM configurations with business requirements and product strategies.
- Contribute to the development of a streamlined and modular product portfolio using Teamcenter’s classification, variant management, and BOM (Bill of Materials) capabilities. This strategy enables the reuse of standardized components, automated data handling, and efficient change management, significantly reducing engineering work time. The saved effort can be redirected to more critical design, innovation, and customer-focused activities, enhancing overall productivity and value delivery.
- Business Analysis & Process Mapping
- Analyze business needs and workflows related to PLM in coordination with stakeholders.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to accelerate PLM adoption across the HVDC business.
- Strategy & System Input
- Co-develop strategies with cross-functional teams to optimize PLM usage.
- Provide critical input to enhance the structure and functionality of the PLM system.
- Knowledge Sharing & Support
- Act as a subject matter expert and knowledge base for teams involved in PLM implementation.
- Support training and onboarding efforts to ensure effective system usage.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Drive clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders regarding implementation progress.
