As a Program Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally to lead, structure, and successfully execute our most critical security programs. We are looking for a proactive problem solver—someone who doesn't just track schedules or take notes, but owns outcomes, dives deep to get clarity, and holds global teams accountable to execution.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for:- Proactive Problem Solving: Spotting potential risks early, identifying process bottlenecks, and taking early action to help keep projects on track.
- Global Team Coordination: Managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and facilitating smooth collaboration across distributed, international time zones.
- Driven to Get Clarity: Asking thoughtful questions, validating assumptions, and digging into the details until key stakeholders have necessary clarity.
- Clear Communication & Documentation: Keeping project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates clear, organized, and up to date.

- Bring foundational experience driving cross-functional projects
- Have 2+ years of experience in program management skills
- Show strong self-management, taking initiative to drive daily progress and find answers without needing constant step-by-step direction.
- Use great communication and organizational skills to keep stakeholders aligned, keep track of key details, and document decisions clearly.
- Adapt comfortably when priorities shift, keeping a positive focus and maintaining project momentum.
