Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Chennai /India
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in managing and contributing to Engage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product or business operations and a proven ability to manage complex projects and operational processes. The role will involve collaborating with the leadership team on product updates, implementing key strategic decisions, and driving quarterly and yearly planning and product status quo meetings.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee and contribute to Engage operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.

Manage complex projects and operational workflows to meet organizational goals.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Maintain a deep understanding of product lifecycle stages and manage associated processes.

Ensure smooth transitions through product lifecycle phases, including End of Life (EOL) management.

Data Management:

Manage and analyze large quantities of product and customer data.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all operations.

Maintain product data hygiene to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Develop and maintain key dashboards in product management tool

Roadmap and Progress Tracking:

Develop, manage, and publish product roadmaps to internal teams and customers.

Monitor and report on the progress of quarterly and yearly commitments.

Drive quarterly and yearly planning and product status quo meetings.

Monitor the progress of security and customer commitments.

Drive key meetings with Engage portfolio product leaders and engineering leaders

Strategic Collaboration:

Collaborate with the leadership team on product updates and strategic decisions.

Facilitate effective communication across cross functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

Maintain strong communication skills for both internal and external communication.


Minimum Requirements:
6+ years of relevant professional experience with 3+ years of managing or leading operational activities.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and operational processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large quantities of data.

Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of product lifecycle management and data analysis tools.

Experience with End of Life (EOL) processes.

Familiarity with product roadmap development and progress tracking.
