Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, contracts, order and delivery records, stock levels, invoice payments, and compliance. Resolve order issues, monitor supplier performance, assist budgeting and forecasting, and update management on purchasing progress for manufacturing or civil construction operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential suppliers and compare prices, delivery times and quality of Goods and Services.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
- Maintain records of orders and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.
- Resolve problems related to orders or deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and order more when necessary.
- Ensure the timely payment of invoices.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Update management on purchase progress.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate in Mechanical / Civil Engineering with atheist 5 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry / Civil Construction
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
