Manage sourcing and supplier relationships: identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, track orders and deliveries, monitor stock levels, ensure compliance, resolve order issues, handle invoice payments, assist budgeting/forecasting, and report purchase progress to management.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential suppliers and compare prices, delivery times and quality of Goods and Services.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
- Maintain records of orders and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.
- Resolve problems related to orders or deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and order more when necessary.
- Ensure the timely payment of invoices.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Update management on purchase progress.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate in Mechanical / Civil Engineering with atheist 5 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry / Civil Construction
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
