In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing our QA methodology and ensuring high-quality execution through strategic test design, automation, and release validation. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, fostering a pervasive culture of quality ownership while supporting critical government projects that require U.S. citizenship for security clearance.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Lead Automation: Build and scale robust automated test frameworks from scratch—utilizing tools like Selenium or Eggplant—and integrate these into CI/CD pipelines to drive continuous testing.
Manage QA Governance: Define and oversee the QA governance model across products, utilizing Xray to manage intricate test plans, edge-case scenarios, and complex test data execution.
Drive Release Validation: Lead and perform test execution and regression cycles to provide clear release readiness signals, while owning end-to-end defect management and triage processes.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive Experience: 5 years of progressive software QA experience, with a proven track record of leading engineers or SDETs in technical environments.
Technical Proficiency: knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright), API testing (Postman), and backend validation using SQL.
Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to align technical quality with organizational financial goals.
Mandatory Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance).
What We Offer (Benefits)
Compensation: Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with your experience.
Work-Life Balance: Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work options to support work-life balance.
Health & Well-being: Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.
