- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality engineering best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of quality processes within the software development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing frameworks and methodologies to adapt to evolving project requirements.

- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages related to Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable test automation architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop comprehensive test strategies.

- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within automated test environments.
