Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in hiring for the logistics industry. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across Pan India locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for logistics roles across multiple locations in India.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
  • Build talent pipeline for roles in Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Transport, Supply Chain, and Last Mile Delivery.
  • Manage candidate follow-ups, offer roll-outs, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
  • Understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable profiles within TAT.


RequirementsPreferred Candidate Profile:
  • 2–8 years of recruitment experience with exposure to logistics hiring.
  • Strong understanding of logistics roles such as FTL/LTL/PTL, Operations, Fleet, Warehouse, SCM, etc.
  • Experience in bulk and lateral hiring for multiple locations.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
