The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing the LAP portfolio, enhancing brand presence, and optimizing disbursements through strategic relationships and channel management.
i. Manage/achieve LAP portfolio mandate of Bank in terms of portfolio profitability and book increase
ii. Increase/enhance Brand CSB in LAP market across various locations within State.
iii. Managing key/strategic DSA relation and increasing sourcing of cases across State.
iv. Ensuring productivity of LAP ASMs/SMs.
Responsibilitiesi. Responsible to build/manage LAP portfolio in a partcular State/States.
Ii. Responsible for managing acquisition of LAP through DSAs as well as Branch Channel
iii. Ensuring LAP disbursement as per budgets for whole State
iv. Ensuring revenue target for LAP in Sate/states.
v. Manage all channels including SM/DSTs/Branch for sourcing LAP cases along with Customer life cycle.
vi. Ensure cross sell of insurance and other liability products
