Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Administrator to support in implementing a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in several important functions such as

  • Onboarding
  • Training and Development
  • Records management
  • Employee Relations
  • Employee Engagement
  • Payroll
  • Retention

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange the on-boarding and joining formalities, assist off-boarding and related compliance Responsible for updating & maintenance of HRIS(WD) system.
  • Assist with payroll processing Responsible for leave management cycle – leave inputs, correction.
  • Co-ordinate and accommodate the benefits administration include health insurance, employee wellness and maintaining the insurance addition/deletion data.
  • Co-ordinate with the HR BP for ensuring statutory compliance and managing HR audit requirements.
  • Support and co-ordinate HR BP in day-to-day regular HR operations and handle first level enquiries, concerns/grievances.
  • Support and co-ordinate HR BP on the employee recognition program and events.
  • Responsible for sharing periodic, Ad-hoc HR reports as per the timelines and assist any HR projects as per requirements & timelines.
  • Recommend new initiatives and process improvements.
  • Support in employee engagement activities for the organization.
  • Maintain employee personnel records Monitor employee morale and company culture.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources with at least 8 years of work experience.
