DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor resource availability and utilization to ensure optimal efficiency
- Support in developing and maintaining a centralized resource management plan across teams and projects
- Consolidate globally the data, analyze them and ensure proper data quality
- Support in driving more efficient usage of existing resources this includes planned roll-offs from existing programs, skills upgrade of existing employees and is consistent with footprint strategy
- Support in driving rationalization of the team organization across sites
- Per an agreed to cadence will conduct resource reviews with engineering directors / leadership, finance and unnamed resources as well as project engineering expense
- Analyze financial data and operational processes to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Perform cost containment management
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to optimize cost containment management
- Monitor and report on cost containment performance metrics
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Motivation, passion and self-driven
- Analytical approach
- Business acumen
- Knowledge about fundamental finance principals
- Ability to work ‘across’ the organization and influence others
- Resource planning/Cost Containment experience
- Team oriented with ability to build relationships internally
- Strategic and open-minded
- Well commanded English
- Knowledge of forecasting & analytic tools
- Product Development Process knowledge
- Experience on similar position 3-5 years
