About Rocketlane

Rocketlane is a fast-growing, innovative SaaS company making waves in customer onboarding and professional services automation.

Our mission? To empower B2B companies with a smooth, consistent, and efficient way to onboard customers and manage client projects—reducing chaos and boosting customer satisfaction across industries.

We’re a close-knit team of over 200 passionate professionals, all focused on building a product that teams love to use. Our journey has been fuelled by $105M in funding from top investors, including 8VC, Matrix Partners, and Nexus Venture Partners.

Profile Overview:
We're hiring a Program Manager, RevOps to own execution programs against whatever revenue metric matters most right now. This isn't a "set up the cadence and hand it off" role. You own outcomes end to end - which means when something's blocking progress, you get your hands dirty to actually understand what's wrong, and roll up your sleeves to solve for it yourself, whether that's a system, messy data, a tech gap, or a people/process problem. When the priority shifts, you move to whatever's next. Your current focus is pipeline.

Sample Program To Begin With: Pipeline Owner

You'll act as our Pipeline Owner, owning the accuracy of pipeline across two outcomes: making sure we hit our pipeline goals, and making sure we have the right pipeline to hit our quarter numbers - not stale, half-dead deals sitting around for the sake of a number.

Hitting our pipeline goals comes down to having the right pipe gen cadences in place. The clearest example is ABM/ABX: marketing running ads, growth sending gift campaigns, BDRs calling into accounts, execs getting intros, partners being leveraged - all of these need to work in tandem against the same set of accounts to really move the needle. This person is the cohesive force that makes that happen: picking the right accounts for ABM, and keeping every motion around those accounts moving in sync - finding gaps, fixing systems, and tracking accuracy across the motion.

On the "not stale" side, rather than personally reviewing every deal, this person builds the AI systems and guidance that do that at scale - automated signals that flag when a deal's gone quiet, activity nudges, and guardrails that make sure nothing falls through the cracks unnoticed.

It also means improving meeting-to-SQL conversion, working both sides of it: getting the right meetings booked in the first place, and putting a tight qualification framework in place so the meetings that do come in actually convert.

  • Own pipeline accuracy against two outcomes: hitting pipeline goals, and keeping current-quarter pipeline right-sized and active - not stale

  • Be the cohesive force that keeps ABM/ABX motions - ads, gifting, BDR calling, exec intros, partner plays - working in tandem against the right accounts

  • Build the AI systems and guidance that flag stale or cold deals and missing activity automatically, rather than reviewing every deal by hand

  • Improve meeting-to-SQL conversion by working both sides: getting the right meetings booked, and tightening the qualification framework so they convert

What You'll Do

  • Own tracking for your assigned revenue metric - build and maintain the dashboards/reports that catch gaps proactively and get them in front of leadership

  • Design and run the programs, campaigns, and account-level pushes, end to end, that move your metric

  • Build enablement - playbooks, talk tracks, one-pagers, training sessions - anything that gets your program understood and adopted by the field

  • Simplify complex programs into clear, usable artifacts that reps and cross-functional teams can act on without hand-holding

  • Diagnose and fix what's actually blocking progress - system, data, tooling, or people - instead of just flagging it and moving on

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, growth, partnerships, etc.) to run structured experiments and drive adoption

  • Track downstream impact with data and turn it into actionable insight

  • Do whatever it takes to get your program across the line - no task is too small if it's the thing in the way

  • Move to a new metric and program as priorities shift, carrying the same playbook forward

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in RevOps, sales ops, program management, or a GTM execution role close to customers or product

  • Experience owning a business outcome end to end, not just running a process

  • Comfortable in Salesforce/HubSpot or similar, and can build your own tracking without waiting on someone else

  • A genuine builder mindset - you'd rather fix the blocker yourself than write it up and wait on someone else

  • Strong at turning complexity into simple, usable material - enablement docs, playbooks, training - that drives adoption without hand-holding

  • Works well with sales, implementation, and leadership without needing hand-holding

  • Experience with AI products and B2B SaaS is a plus

Why join us?

At Rocketlane, we’re all about building a great product and a great place to work. Here’s why you’ll actually look forward to Mondays:

  • Impact and ownership: You won’t just be another cog in the machine; here, you’re more like a turbocharged engine part. Bring your ideas, make them happen.

  • Work with the best: We’re a team of passionate, quirky, and ridiculously talented people. Come for the work, stay for the memes.

  • Celebrate wins: Whether we’re hitting major milestones or celebrating new funding, we like to mix it up. From rap videos to team outings, we believe in celebrating big.

  • Learn and grow: We’re all about learning—and we’re not just talking about the latest SaaS trends. You’ll grow your career, pick up new skills, and maybe even learn to love Excel (or at least tolerate it).

  • Flexibility and balance: While we love collaborating in the office five days a week, we know everyone has their own rhythm. That’s why we offer flexibility around hours—so you can bring your best energy, whether you’re an early bird or a night owl. Pajamas optional (at least outside the office).

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
