Bahwan CyberTek Group is seeking an RMG Intern to join their team. As an RMG Intern at BCT, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to support the Resource Management Group in managing and optimizing the utilization of the company's resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate associate information and project requirements in the Resource Management system
- Support the Resource Management team in matching available associates with project needs
- Assist in tracking and reporting the utilization of resources
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on resource assignments
- Collaborate with other teams to understand project requirements and resource availability
- Contribute to the improvement of resource management processes and tools
- Support the Resource Management team in other administrative tasks as needed
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
