Bahwan CyberTek Group is seeking an RMG Intern to join their team. As an RMG Intern at BCT, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to support the Resource Management Group in managing and optimizing the utilization of the company's resources.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate associate information and project requirements in the Resource Management system
  • Support the Resource Management team in matching available associates with project needs
  • Assist in tracking and reporting the utilization of resources
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on resource assignments
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand project requirements and resource availability
  • Contribute to the improvement of resource management processes and tools
  • Support the Resource Management team in other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
