Job Summary:

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving sales of products and services to customers and business partners to achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets. This role supports the execution of sales strategies, manages customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and contributes to the achievement of organizational objectives through effective sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and sales targets.

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solution development, negotiations, and deal closure.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance updates.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and ensure successful implementation.

  • Support business development initiatives by evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational sales processes, policies, and governance standards.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues when required.

  • Contribute to process improvements and recommend enhancements to sales effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant professional experience in sales, account management, or business development.

  • Demonstrated understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

  • Experience working with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems is preferred.
