About the role
About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the pillar of our sales operations—ensuring smooth coordination across departments, accurate order processing, and timely support for both internal stakeholders and customers. You’ll work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs), Marketing, and other teams to ensure proposals, quotes, and communications are professional, timely, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process customer sales orders and coordinate logistics to meet delivery timelines
Create freight quotes and liaise with logistics partners
Ensure pricing accuracy on proposals and orders to support financial outcomes
Allocate incoming leads and support pipeline enhancement through database reactivation
Assist in developing marketing and sales collateral (e.g. brochures, case studies, articles)
Cold call inactive customers and new leads to generate opportunities
Collaborate with BDMs and Marketing to produce high-quality proposals and presentations
Provide KPI and ad hoc reporting for the sales team
Act as a key communication conduit between sales and other departments
