1) Knowledge of wind turbine gearbox application and Service Market.
2) Hands on Sales experience on Gearboxes/Spares preferably wind turbine Gearboxes.
3) Knowledge on Gearbox assembly & part drawings.
4) Identify and develop new customers, retain, and grow existing key client’s portfolio.
5) Prepare commercial offers, negotiate, convert the offers into orders. Report into the CRM system (Salesforce) all information regarding customer visits, opportunities, offers, orders, etc.
6) Collaborate with other sales associates to work cross border in multiple regions and continue the development of best practices and new prospecting techniques. 7) Manage sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls and meeting agreed sales goals/ Achieving the monthly targets.
8) Knowledge of excel, Power BI, Power Point presentations. Extensive travelling to Customer locations.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
Diploma Mechanical– 5-8 years
BE/B.Tech Mechanical – 2-4 Years
