What you’ll do:
This role is a senior P&C contributor responsible for end-to-end (E2E) ownership of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), GL, and A&PS processes, tools, and experiences across HPE. The role drives enterprise-scale transformation, leveraging digital, AI, analytics, and process excellence to improve business performance, seller and partner experience, compliance, and customer outcomes.
The role will influence operations strategy, policies, and roadmap, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and lead large, complex, cross-functional programs that create sustainable competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Process & Transformation Leadership
- Own and drive E2E process, tools, and asset governance (including Compass, OPAL, middleware, and IT-owned applications) in partnership with HPE IT.
- Simplify, standardize, and modernize GL and A&PS E2E processes, ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Establish E2E process visibility, ownership, and standardization across business units and geographies.
- Lead strategic, transformational cross-functional initiatives that improve speed, quality, compliance, and cost.
Digital, AI & Automation at Scale
- Deploy AI, automation, and advanced analytics across A&PS and Q2C processes to enable no-touch, self-service, and predictive operations.
- Connect Q2C digital and AI deployments to enable a seamless customer, partner, and seller journey.
- Leverage process mining and data-driven insights to proactively identify issues, optimize flows, and improve business performance.
Analytics, Storytelling & Decision Enablement
- Design and implement enterprise analytics initiatives that drive executive decision-making using structured and unstructured data.
Translate complex data and trends into compelling, executive-ready narratives that influence outcomes.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and problem-solving methodologies to deliver measurable business impact.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Own governance for GPF/GSAO/Finance compliance, including SOD discussions, audits, policy changes, downstream issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strong alignment with financial goals including bookings, invoicing, ARR, SNI, dispute reduction, and budget adherence.
Experience & Stakeholder Leadership
- Drive E2E ownership and experience for Sellers and Partners, incorporating Voice of Sales feedback.
- Strengthening GL & A&PS P&C support coverage while sustaining high customer and partner experience.
- Influence senior leaders across Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, and Business Units without direct authority.
Knowledge, Capability & Culture Building
- Own knowledge management strategy, including SOPs for A&PS and GL that reflect system, process, and policy changes.
- Evolve the training and learning experience for Solutions Ops employees to build future-ready skills.
- Mature organizational capabilities in storytelling, AI adoption, and experience design.
- Foster a customer-centric, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Develop talent, enable career growth, and build strong personal and organizational brand equity.
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep expertise in sales operations, Q2C, GL, and A&PS processes and their integration with corporate systems.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience deploying AI, automation, process mining, and digital solutions on a scale.
- Ability to design forecasting, planning, and resource deployment models.
- Exceptional executive communication skills — able to articulate current-state processes, future-state vision, and value realization to senior leaders.
- Strong storytelling, influence, and negotiation skills at Director, VP, and executive levels.
- Proficiency in process mapping and visualization tools (Visio, PowerPoint, reporting tools).
- Fluent in English.
- What you need to bring :
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business management or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash / Sales Operations, preferably within GreenLake or Solutions Ops.
- Proven process and transformation mindset with experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs and managing change with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt required.
