Key Responsibilities:Dashboard Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet business needs.
Data Analytics & Visualization:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create meaningful data visualizations and reports that communicate insights effectively to business users.
ETL and Data Management:
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to consolidate and structure data for analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and regular audits.
Reporting:
- Develop custom reports using SQL and Excel to address specific business questions.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and data engineers, to align data solutions with business objectives.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Stay up to date with the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting.
- Tools: Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- ETL Knowledge: Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Data Modeling: Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Certifications in Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with DAX and advanced SQL queries.
