We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst Engineer Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Analyst Engineer Associate at ICON, you will play a vital role in analyzing and optimizing engineering processes and solutions to support our clinical and operational goals. You will contribute to the development of innovative technologies and systems through detailed analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration across various teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
Conducting detailed analyses of engineering systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions that align with project and organizational goals.
Overseeing the testing and validation of new technologies and systems to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.
Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and enhance engineering practices.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of engineering trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
8+ yrs of exp, have experience as a tech lead, leading technical design decision, and have done scrum master role.
.NET Core, Angular, Javascript, Oracle or SQL Server, strong in OOPS concept, Familiar with Agile methodology.
Proven experience in engineering analysis, with a strong understanding of systems and process optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools, with a demonstrated ability to manage and execute technical projects.
