Duties & Responsibilities
- Use SQL and Excel to analyze data and support decisions that drive revenue growth, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identify trends and key drivers, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Lead data driven projects, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Deliver insights and recommendations that inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Continuously improving analytical methods, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and impact.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or in a business intelligence role
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or in a business intelligence role
- Advanced proficiency using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI, utilizing customer data
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in cross functional, project based environments.
- Background in analytically rigorous industries (e.g., finance, consulting, technology)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with statistical analysis, modeling, and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Experience applying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics to business problems.
- Knowledge of eCommerce best practices.
