Technical Writer – Product Office Team

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Associate Technical Writer, you will support and work collaboratively with product management and cross-functional teams to produce and deliver the good quality artefacts for product across the organization.
You will:
Work closely with SME to gather information on client requirements
Analyze, and write User Manual, Online Help, Product Demo Video, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily
Prepare and deliver release/technical documentation build on build.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth delivery of artefacts on time.
Contribute to Product Training Programs
Support the Ad-hoc activities such as template creation, presentation creation and so on
Research and upskill on new tools based on the product requirements

Essential Requirements
Degree in Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent education/experience
3+ years of experience in Technical Writing, and Documentation process
Strong understanding of product data, and analysis techniques
Strong understanding of SDLC and DDLC
Hands-on with Technical Writing Tools like MS Office 365, Technical Communication Suite, Adobe RoboHelp, Camtasia Studio, and JIRA
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Knowledge of Healthcare domain is added advantage
Desirable Skills (Considered as Assets)
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
Experience in writing user manuals and technical documentation for various audiences
Advanced experience with MS Office 365, Technical Communication Suite, Adobe RoboHelp and Camtasia Studio, Swagger API documentation.
Experience with Atlassian JIRA
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of upcoming developments in AI.
Fluent English – spoken and written.
Beginner level knowledge in French,German.
