The Senior BI Analyst provides critical analysis and dashboards to drive decision-making, collaborating with teams to tackle complex data challenges.

The Senior BI Analyst role on the Data Team is a senior position, critical to driving success of partner teams by providing analysis, reporting, and dashboards that provide insights and enable decision-making. This position is based in BD and reports to the Director of Data Analytics and Engineering.
What you’ll do:
- Work on large, complex data problems with a focus on delivering value to internal customers. Define path forward, remove ambiguity and roadblocks, and drive to completion. Act as an owner, ensuring success despite obstacles.
- Write SQL queries and create insightful and engaging Tableau dashboards to provide visibility into results and insights into opportunities.
- Work with other BI Analysts and Data Engineers to solve problems collaboratively. As a senior member of the team, strong collaboration and deep technical expertise is required.
What you'll need:
- Background: 3+ years of experience working as a senior analyst, analyst, data engineer, or other data-centric position. Must include experience partnering directly with stakeholders to define data problems, determine strategy, define metrics, create necessary data structures, and build engaging dashboards.
- Technical Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of Tableau experience required
- Strong SQL skills (proficient with all joins, CTEs, window and aggregate functions, etc.).
- Experience applying quant and statistical techniques to business analysis
- Experience building machine learning and data science models to drive business results in a professional setting is strongly preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to business objective achievement through data-driven insights. Experience working in field services is a plus.
- Highly curious nature. Must be driven to solve problems and dig deep to find solutions and ensure understanding.
- Strong accountability skills, including responsibility for completing work independently, raising blockers with urgency, persisting despite obstacles, and learning from past mistakes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location and Work Schedule:
- Working Days: Hybrid Monday to Friday (3 days from Home + 2 days from the Office)
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Location: Uttara 12, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Salary Range:
- BDT 135,000 - 180,000 (Monthly)
