Responsibilities:

Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units
Evaluates new applications and identifies system requirements
Manages systems hardware and application software implementation and upgrades
Creates procedures and protocols for software
Execution of requirements and process analyses in close coordination with the process owners
Implements adjustments and configurations in the system by means of customizing
Participates in rollout projects (e.g. SAP/PLM projects)
