Role Description

  • Branch Banking is the liability business for Deutsche Bank present in 17 locations across India. This carters to a wide variety of population through its distinct channels like Personal banking, Private Banking and Business Banking.
  • The primary objective is to enhance the value of the existing trade account portfolio.

Your key responsibilities

Business Clients Credit is responsible for advising/supporting business clients with complex credit financing needs, in line with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Work includes: 

  • The candidate will be responsible for sourcing Working Capital business.
  • Identifying business growth opportunities across the zone, build direct channel, new client acquisition strategies, promotions at industrial area & corporates.
  • Contribute towards the expansion of business opportunities in strategic target areas and specific business industry.
  • Disbursal target – 21 Crores per quarter
  • Managing healthy working relationships with intermediaries, corporate channel partners, Establish new channel partners for consistent growth in business.
  • Manage relationship with reputed CA’s and channel partners source good lending files.
  • Drive fee-based income through active cross sell and penetration of Insurance products.
  • Important from Sales Governance/Audit requirement. Due diligence process for clients.
  • Channel/Business Partner Management, apart from sales with high revenue targets.
  • End use monitoring of the fund which is a regulatory requirement.
  • Client servicing & retaining existing clients resulting in resolving client complaints and arresting client attrition.
  • Ensuring adherence to various internal policies (Suitability & appropriateness/ KYC) related to client transactions and enhancing the wallet share of the client thereby contributing to the revenues for the bank

Your skills and experience

  • The candidate should have experience in servicing or sourcing clients
  • The candidate should have liabilities experience for sourcing Capital accounts (FDI / ODI / ECB)
  • Applicants are preferred from Banking / Premium club membership / (Paid) High End Credit card sales background.
  • Candidate should have excellent communication in English and well groomed.
  • Minimum qualification required is Graduation.
  • Minimum Exp should be 5 – 10 Years in relevant field.
