Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and updating software applications. Evaluates, schedules, and resources development projects. Investigates and analyzes user needs. Writes, tests, and maintains computer programs, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

Plans, develops, and implements website and ecommerce applications, and prepare systems documentation. Research, develops, and implements of artificial intelligence and machine learning into the organization's infrastructure and processes.

What You Will Do:

• Lead design, development, and deployment of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation strategy and roadmap.
• Develop reusable frameworks and libraries for RPA and Python automation.
• Integrate RPA with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of automation solutions.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Proven experience as a Python Developers, with strong portfolio of automation or scripting
• 5+ years of Python/Go development experience.
• Hands-on with one or more RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Platform).
• Understanding APIs, data handling, and automation design.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in teams.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps integration.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Advanced RPA Developer / Solution Architect certification
• Experience integrating AI/ML models with automation.
