We are looking for Senior Operations Associate to join our Operations team. With most of our efficient remittance related work being done through portals, your responsibilities include but not restricted to identifying opportunities for process improvement and effectively collaborating with both internal as well as external stakeholders to increase payer portal coverage and utilization.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Engage in process optimization to drive portal coverage for all involved stakeholders and operational efficiency.

  • Works independently to lead, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously within specified timelines with high quality.

  • Develop and manage strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders including but limited to our clients and vendors, as needed, to help drive results.

  • Prioritizes work in a fast-paced environment while being able to communicate status, timelines & deliverables to stakeholders.

  • Demonstrates judgement and discretion to provide direction and support overall deliverables and appropriately escalates potential risks.

  • Synthesize results to determine success or failure of experiments and make recommendations on go forward plan.

  • Demonstrates flexibility & adaptability.

  • Utilizes empathy, creativity, and commitment to support team’s goals and all stakeholders.

  • Align initiatives with company-wide and department-specific goals.

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Overall 8-10 years with relevance experience in US Healthcare

Knowledge & Skills: 

  • Effective communication and business writing skills

  • Solid planning and organizational abilities

  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize work based on criticality

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving, and an strong attention to detail

  • Works independently as well as part of an extended, cross-functional team

  • Flexibility and adaptability in approach to challenges to achieve desired outcomes

  • Displays initiative, tenacity, and flexibility in a fast-paced team environment
