Department

You will be part of the EMEA Proposal and order handling team. Your primary role is to support with Proposal Submission and order execution along with our technical departments, proposal team, procurement, and shipping functions. You will also ensure our customers’ satisfaction, you should be in daily contact with our valued mining customers, just as you liaise with our sales managers and technical advisors.

Your responsibilities

• Able to read and comprehend customer inquiry & drawings. 

• Able to grasp the requirement sent by the Sales Managers /CR Managers & translate the same into meaningful required proposals. 

• Co-ordination with Purchase department or vendors directly for vendor offers.

• Efficient way of doing Costing, Preparation of Techno Commercial proposal, Order release.

• Ensuring quality & timeliness of proposal/Order deliverables.

• Co-ordination with Engineering for product validation Supporting Sales Managers & CR Managers to meet and exceed the targets.

• Ensure proper documentation.              

What you bring

• Good knowledge in Technical & commercial Terms

• Knowledge in MS Office

• Knowledge in Oracle based ERP system will be an added advantage.

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s Engineering degree from a reputed university. Mechanical specialization would be preferred.

Experience

5 - 8 years of experience in techno commercial proposals.

Experience in Engineering / Design / structural knowledge in plants equipment's will be an added advantage.
